Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial accounts for agricultural businesses
- Review farm accounts, tax returns, and financial reports
- Provide strategic financial advice and support compliance

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in agricultural accounting
- Strong technical skills and leadership capabilities
- Proficiency with accounting software (IRIS, FreeAgent, Xero preferred) - training can be provided
- Excellent client management and communication skills
