- On the road 3 days a week: Meet with existing customers, strengthening relationships and understanding their needs.
- Customer data analysis: Identify spending trends and opportunities to cross-sell our products.
- Lead generation: Proactively seek out new business opportunities and follow up on leads provided by the customer service team.
- Account management: Ensure all customer follow-up and administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Client engagement: engaging with warm, lapsed clients, rekindling relationships and introducing latest offerings
- Commercial acumen: Ability to analyse customer data and spot opportunities for growth.
- Proactive and positive attitude: You’re a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised: You can manage a busy schedule of client meetings, admin tasks, and follow-ups.
- Experience in selling physical products: Preferred, but not essential.
