We are seeking a Regional Digital Delivery Lead to drive digital transformation and change management within the region. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, this role focuses on championing digital delivery across engineering and operational functions, enhancing project outcomes, and integrating digital tools into daily practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital strategy adoption and change management across frameworks and projects.
-Support the use of core digital tools, including surveying, 3D modelling, and digital field management.
- Build cohesion between engineering and operational practices to maximize data use.
- Develop and implement digital initiatives, ensuring effective communication and resource development.
- Drive digital excellence by managing metrics, reporting compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships.
About You:
- Proven experience in digital transformation and change management on large-scale projects or frameworks.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and information management practices.
- Familiarity with digital tools like 3D modelling, field management, and asset handover.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
- Professional qualifications and/or certifications in engineering, operations, or BIM are desirable.
