As a 2nd Line Support Operator, you’ll provide technical support and systems administration for GMP’s IT systems. You’ll handle escalated issues that go beyond first-line support, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving escalated technical issues involving system administration and end-user computing.
  • Managing and maintaining access rights, security, and systems housekeeping tasks.
  • Configuring and optimising software to ensure smooth operation for end users.
  • Supporting application packaging, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external service providers to ensure effective service delivery.
