As a 3rd Line Support Operator, you will provide advanced technical support, ensuring the smooth operation and security of IT systems across the organisation. From resolving complex system administration issues to maintaining the integrity of our telecommunications infrastructure, you’ll be a critical member of our technical team.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues from 1st and 2nd-line support.
- Managing and maintaining systems like Active Directory, telephony, and Microsoft infrastructure.
- Proactively monitoring IT systems to ensure minimal disruption and optimal performance.
- Collaborating with external suppliers and partners to resolve advanced technical problems.
- Supporting key infrastructure projects, ensuring that systems are secure and aligned with operational needs.
