I am looking for enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) for supply roles in primary schools across Leamington Spa. If you have a background in SEN, either through professional or personal experience, and are passionate about making a difference in children's lives, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Supporting from KS1 - KS2.Provide support to students with SEN in their learning and development.Assist teachers with delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.Supporting teachers with regular and accurate updates on children progression.Offer one-on-one or small group support when needed.Create a safe and nurturing environment for all students.What We're Looking For:Experience working with children with SEN, either professionally or personally.Flexibility to work 3-5 days per week in different schools.An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.Recent safeguarding training (within the last year) or willingness to complete it.Caring and nurturing personality.
