What’s in it for you as an Administrator?
- Work hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
- Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 depending on experience
- Annual bonus of up to £1,000

What you’ll be doing:
- Maintain accurate records and keep the company database up to date
- Handle customer queries and calls with professionalism and care
- Own the sales administration process from first enquiry through to final sale
- Act as the go-to contact for both customers and suppliers
- Input and update data in Kerridge (training provided if needed)
- Generate quotes and raise sales orders
- Chase outstanding payments with confidence and tact
- Liaise with internal departments and relay product info to clients
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as an Administrator in sectors like motor trade, estate agency or conveyancing is ideal
- Confident using IT systems - Kerridge experience is a bonus, but not essential
- A trustworthy professional who values confidentiality
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
