Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and used to working in a high-end or client-facing environment? Our client, a leading supplier of premium, high-value goods, is expanding and looking for a Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who takes pride in precision, enjoys working in a professional setting, and has a natural flair for customer service—especially with luxury clients or high-net-worth individuals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintain accurate records and keep the company database up to date
  • Handle customer queries and calls with professionalism and care
  • Own the sales administration process from first enquiry through to final sale
  • Act as the go-to contact for both customers and suppliers
  • Input and update data in Kerridge (training provided if needed)
  • Generate quotes and raise sales orders
  • Chase outstanding payments with confidence and tact
  • Liaise with internal departments and relay product info to clients

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience as an Administrator in sectors like motor trade, estate agency or conveyancing is ideal
  • Confident using IT systems - Kerridge experience is a bonus, but not essential
  • A trustworthy professional who values confidentiality
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
