SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Warwick who are looking for an Administrator to join the team c£27,000 Office based Role: Responsible for: Assessing and delivering scientific evidence-based nutritional menus and advice in the education, and B&I arena. Role Objectives: - Allergen Management o Co-ordinate the development of menus, for school meals, assisted living/care settings, workplace restaurants. To include Monthly Special day calendar o Analyze menus, for school meals, assisted living/care settings, workplace restaurants. In line with the required menu changes in each segment of the company. o To coordinate the special diets and facilitate dietary requirements o To coordinate the process between the company, the School and Parent with regards to special dietary needs. - Menu Management o To work closely with the development of new menus & special days to ensure they are nutritionally balanced & in line with budgetary requirements o To coordinate, administer and menus on the indicator system o Working with Procurement to ensure products we are listing are compliant and in line with strategy. o Monitor food service operations to ensure conformance too nutritional, safety, sanitation, and quality standards. This can be by request of a senior manager. - Risk Management o Ensure management process set out within policies and procedures are adhered to. o To assist in the Investigation of any Allergen Incidents within the business. - Added Value o To assist in the creation, delivering and evaluating a range of practical and educational food-based initiatives to encourage healthy lifestyle changes o To assist in the obtaining and retaining food accreditation standards (e.g. Food for Life) - To complete any other duties or reasonable requests made by a member of management The post holder will need; - A degree in a nutrition related field will be desirable not essential. Strong admin and attention to detail is essential - Good communication skills including verbal, presentation and written; - Passion, enthusiasm and empathy; - Ability to encourage and motivate others; - Effective team working; - The capability to multitask and work independently; - Proficiency in data research, evaluation and reporting; - Commitment to continuing professional development.
