Sales Progression Manager, Leamington Spa
£30,000 - £35,000 Basic - OTE £37,000 - £40,000 per annum
(Monday - Friday - Office Hours - Excellent company benefits)
Working for a firm of Land and Property Professionals based in Leamington Spa.
Our client offers a comprehensive range of services, rural advice, commercial and residential property management, sales and lettings, valuation, planning, architecture, development, strategic land promotion, client accounting, block management and compulsory purchase.

The role:
Upholding and enhancing excellent standards.
Focusing on process and Customer Services
Overseeing and supporting the day-to-day operations of Sales Progression, fostering a culture of excellence and client satisfaction. Problem solving, quick thinking and rapport building.
Key Responsibilities:
• Performance Management
• Coaching and mentoring the team, assisting with training initiatives
• Overseeing all agreed sales through to Exchange
• Liaising with Regional Sales Managers
• Preparing correspondence using a CRM system
• Supporting Conveyancing department
Skills required:
• 5 years of experience within Estate Agency
• 3 years of experience within Sales Progression
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident, motivated, forward-thinking
• Excellent negotiation skills/persuasive/can-do attitude
• Good MS Office skills
• Car driver/own transport
