A luxury automotive brand are looking to 'scale up' and are looking for an experienced Talent Manager.

As a Talent Manager, you will be playing a crucial role in their automotive company's internal recruitment efforts.

Some responsibilities:

  • Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Organize and facilitate interviews, providing support to both candidates and hiring teams throughout the process.
  • Project and Recruitment Administration: Oversee various administrative tasks related to recruitment projects, ensuring efficient operation within the talent acquisition function, including data analysts and KPI's
  • Managing a Team : Recruiting, mentoring and managing a Team, undertaking data and analysis and making sure all roles are actioned effectively and within KPI’s. Dealing with any internal service issues
  • Provide coaching and counsel to business partners, demonstrating negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Job Description Creation: Assist in crafting engaging job descriptions and postings that attract suitable candidates.

This role is hybrid working - 3 days in the Royal Leamington Spa office, and the rest WFH.
