Graduate Document Analyst

Leamington Spa | Hybrid (60:40) | £24,500

Are you a detail-oriented graduate with a 2:1 or above in English, History, or Philosophy and A grades at A-Level? Do you thrive in a logical, text-based environment? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and refine document templates (not data sets) for key business applications.
  • Carefully check grammar, formatting, and logical structure within documents.
  • Apply logical expressions and merge documents efficiently.
  • Identify and correct minor errors and inconsistencies.
  • Act as a link between clients and the automation team.
  • Test and review automated documents before final delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

?? 2:1 or higher in English, History, or Philosophy (essay-based disciplines).?? A grades at A-Level.?? Exceptional grammar, attention to detail, and logical thinking.?? Proficiency in Microsoft Word and strong problem-solving skills.?? Interest in text-based analysis rather than data processing.?? A team player who is adaptable, deadline-driven, and eager to learn.
