Lettings Administrator
We’re looking for an organised and proactive office administrator to help us manage the daily operations of our friendly office environment. In this role, you’ll provide support to our team, coordinating administrative activities, streamlining workflows, and creating an inviting, efficient workspace.
Job responsibilities and Tasks:
- Dealing with all aspects of Lettings duties, such as-
- Creating tenancy agreements
- Registering deposits
- Uploading safety certificates and RTR
- Credit control
- Tenancy amendments
- Renewals
- Raising and allocating fees
- Dealing with tenants and Landlords
- Using workflows
