An exceptional charity that works toward a really great cause is seeking an experienced part-time Administrator, paying up to £34,000 pro-rata to join their team.

This is a flexible role, working 3 days a week on a remote basis. Some office working maybe required (as well as potentially attending last-minute meetings, although not frequent), so the ideal candidate will be based close to the office around East Molesey, Walton on Thames or Surbiton in Surrey.

The duties include the following:

  • Processing applications, managing the application life cycle, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
  • Uploading documents, staying on top of paperwork and filing, and ensuring that all information is accurately recorded and databases are up to date.
  • Working closely with clients, providing clear communication and support via email and over the phone
  • Working alongside the Loan Administrator to ensure a seamless client journey and efficient administration
  • Ensuring all information is accurately recorded in the CRM and financial software, and that records are kept up to date.
  • Providing general administrative support to the finance team, ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely and organised manner.

The ideal candidate will come from an office support background and will have worked in client centric positions.

You will need to someone who is naturally empathetic, with a calm, professional and personable approach along with a keen eye for detail.

If you have used Artificial Intelligence (AI) in your previous roles or have an interest in implementing this, it would be advantageous but not essential.
