The successful candidate will oversee a team of 40 in a £60m operation and should have a well-rounded IT background, including Project/Portfolio Management and Technical Operations.
Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and will be involved in leading a core system replacement in the coming years.

IT Manager

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced IT Manager to join their team based in Surrey, on a permanent basis.

Please note, the position is hybrid, with 3 days per week (on average) required on-site. It would be beneficial for the successful applicant to spend the first 1-2 months in the office full-time.

You will oversee a wider team of 40 people (a £60m operation) and bring your own personality to the position. You should have a well-rounded, general IT background covering Project/Portfolio Management, Technical Operations, Delivery and Business Change. You will also contribute to the company strategy, as well as leading a core system replacement in the coming year or two.

IT Manager – Key Skills:
