An exciting role for a Internal and Change Communications Manager has arisen with a leading UK institution. This role will be based in Surrey, with hybrid working, 3 days on-site and 2 days from home. This role will be responsible for delivering change communications across a number of sensitive projects; collaborating with Managers across the business to deliver content and communications on time.

Description

The successful Internal and Change Communications Manager will be responsible for;

  • Developing and implement effective internal and external communication strategies
  • Developing a strong understanding of the needs of different audience groups; drafting relevant timely messages to deliver the project on time.
  • Developing press statements and social media responses as required.
  • Collaborating with various departments to manage change and foster organisation-wide understanding
  • Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of communication strategies
  • Organising and facilitate communication workshops as required
  • Managing any crisis communication as needed

Profile

A successful Internal and Change Communications Manager should have:

  • Proven expertise within transformation and/or change communications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
  • Outstanding organisational and project management abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills.
