This position offers a chance to join a prestigious DMC that specializes in UK events for international clients across various regions including South America, the USA, Asia, and Europe.
The role involves leading a small team of project managers to execute high-end incentive programs, conferences, product launches, award ceremonies, and corporate events.
Key responsibilities include managing briefs, proposals, day-to-day team operations, event budgets, third-party suppliers, and client relationships, as well as venue and hotel management.
The candidate will collaborate closely with the CEO on strategic planning and will support marketing and product development activities.
Applicants should have several years of agency experience, strong team management skills, and a proactive, commercially aware mindset, with a competitive salary offered.

You will be responsible for heading up a small team of project managers delivering high end incentive programmes, conferences, product launches, award ceremonies, corporate events etc.

Overseeing all briefs/proposals/pitches
Day to day management of team
Event budgets
3rd party suppliers
Client management
Venue/hotel management
Marketing collateral

You will work closely with the CEO to deliver the companies objectives. Including strategic planning of the business. Supporting marketing and product development activities, overseeing client briefs, budgets, and suppliers.

You must have several years of agency experience and strong team management skills. With a proactive outlook and commercially aware.
