Support & TroubleshootingAct as third-line support for complex technical issues.Resolve application, data, and cloud infrastructure problems.?? Understanding of application, database, and infrastructure troubleshooting.? Experience with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, etc.).?
