We are working with a Surrey based organisation to find a strong Employee Relations Manager to work closely with the Head of ER to provide a specialist employee relations and resolution service to managers and staff across the Trust.

You will line manage 5 HR Advisors and be responsible for the smooth running of the day to day ER function. Providing this operational management will support the Head of ER by allowing her to focus on the strategic element of ER but it will be important that you have sight of this to understand the bigger picture.

You will be the escalation point for all complex cases and will therefore have your own caseload

This is being offered for 3 months initially but once signed off they will be looking for someone permanently so this could be a great chance to join them ahead of the permanent recruitment of which you could be considered.

You MUST have a very strong background in Employee Relations and have managed your own complex caseload.

Also we can only consider candidates with an extensive background in the public sector - ideally the NHS

This is a hybrid role and you need to be on site 3 days a week
