We are working with a leading name in the Estate Agency and Property Lettings sector, with numerous successful branches across the Surrey and Sussex areas, currently seeking to bring in an experienced Sales Manager specifically within the New Homes division.

You will liaise with and develop existing or new relationships with housebuilders and developers, present to new clients, and ultimately secure New Homes instructions, and generate business. You will also generate sales leads for mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings, and property valuations.

There is a fantastic New Homes support team in place, who you will liaise with regurlarly, to ensure relevant marketing and sales administration is managed appropriately. You will also build on your local knowledge and contacts, staying informed about local market trends, becoming a recognized expert.

To fulfil the role, you must be a Sales Professional specialising in New Homes, ideally with some experience in residential estate agency or an experienced estate agent with some New Homes experience.

You must have the ability to build strong relationships with clients, with a string track record of Listings and Business Development. Drive, determination, ambition, self-motivation and a passion for excellence are all key words that will help.

To succeed, you must have a proactive approach to getting things done, with a strong work ethic, and a valid driving license is essential.
