Pratap Partnership is delighted to partner with a leading Global Professional Services firm, located in Leeds City Centre, to recruit a dedicated finance professional for an impactful role overseeing essential financial processes and controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of regular and one-off payments.
- Lead and mentor the Assistant Accountant, managing workflow, training, and performance.
- Calculate key financial metrics, including profit shares and capital requirements.
- Collaborate with HR, providing critical remuneration data and supporting the annual review process.
- Partner with FP&A to ensure accurate Profit and Loss reporting.
- Prepare comprehensive annual financial statements for individual accounts.
- Reconcile capital, interest, and other charges, maintaining precise account records.
- Coordinate with banking partners on capital loans, overseeing facility updates, interest charges, and repayments.
Candidate Profile:Â
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification with proven experience in financial controls.
- Sharp attention to detail, with a track record of enhancing financial integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and expertise in stakeholder management.
- Ideally, experience in leading or managing a team.
