Pratap Partnership is delighted to partner with a leading Global Professional Services firm, located in Leeds City Centre, to recruit a dedicated finance professional for an impactful role overseeing essential financial processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of regular and one-off payments.
  • Lead and mentor the Assistant Accountant, managing workflow, training, and performance.
  • Calculate key financial metrics, including profit shares and capital requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR, providing critical remuneration data and supporting the annual review process.
  • Partner with FP&A to ensure accurate Profit and Loss reporting.
  • Prepare comprehensive annual financial statements for individual accounts.
  • Reconcile capital, interest, and other charges, maintaining precise account records.
  • Coordinate with banking partners on capital loans, overseeing facility updates, interest charges, and repayments.

Candidate Profile: 

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification with proven experience in financial controls.
  • Sharp attention to detail, with a track record of enhancing financial integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and expertise in stakeholder management.
  • Ideally, experience in leading or managing a team.
