An established and regionally recognised organisation within Leeds, who are going through a significant period of investment are seeking to add a Financial Accountant to their team. This would be the ideal role for an experienced Financial Accountant who wants an environment where their technical skills and expertise within the field will be recognised and rewarded as part of a supportive and growing team.

The role:
- Lead on the production of statutory accounts in compliance with regulations
- Responsible for the production of Balance Sheet projections and Cash flow analysis
- Ensure that external financial reporting and other regulations are met in accordance with agreed timetables
- Ensures compliance with statutory and other regulatory financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Liaise with colleagues both finance and non finance from across the business to ensure delivery of corporate and financial outcomes by the required completion dates
The person:
- You will be a CCAB qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) and have significant experience within a public sector organisation
- Demonstrable experience of producing statutory accounts
- Be able to demonstrate effective written and presentation skills, with an ability to produce concise and meaningful reports.
