Search Consultancy are working with a large business in East Leeds who are looking to appoint a Management Accountant on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Part Qualified candidate looking to join a fast growing business, where skill and career development are offered as well as study support towards ACCA/CIMA.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager you will be expected to provide high quality financial rigour and commercial interpretation on a coherent & consistent basis. This is a broad role finance role that involves the preparation of management information including cost analysis. You will oversee the bank reconciliations and prepare the quarterly VAT returns. You will prepare the monthly balance sheet reconciliations including accruals, prepayments, deferred/accrue income and the holiday pay accruals.
To be considered for this role you will:
- Be ACA/CIMA/ACCA trainee (preferably part-qualified)
- Demonstrate a strong technical competency in financial accounting and reporting
- Be a competent Excel user and have experience of using accounting software
What's of offer:
Salary up to £38k dependant on experience + study support + excellent benefits.
