Are you a qualified or part-qualified Management Accountant looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded finance professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in financial planning, reporting, and decision support.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and insight for senior leadership.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing key financial analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making.
- Assist in cost control, variance analysis, and reporting across multiple departments.
- Support statutory reporting and liaise with external auditors where required.
- Improve financial processes, systems, and controls to drive efficiency.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA (qualified or part-qualified).
- Strong experience in management accounting and financial analysis.
- Ability to interpret and present financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- Excellent Excel and ERP system skills (experience with [insert relevant system] is desirable).
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
