- Responsible for overseeing a small team to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in line with deadlines
- Responsible for delivering the Management Accounts for the relevant division of the business
- Accruals, prepayments and P&L analysis
- Variance analysis and reviewing to forecast models
- Developing and designing cost reporting for the business, including analysis against budget and working with relevant stakeholders to understand the cost base, challenge spend and help to forecast future costs
- Responsible for Balance Sheet and Control Account reconciliations and review
- Completion of monthly VAT submissions
- Qualified, Part Qualified or QBE Management Accountant with at least 2 years in a similar role

- Person Specification:
- Part or fully Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA
- Experience within a management accountant role or similar position with notable experience with preparing monthly accounts to strict deadline
- It would be highly desirable if the monthly accounts preparation had been done for a variety of sites / units / cost centres
- Experience of stake holder management and /or business partnering across the wider business
