Catch 22 are currently recruiting for an NHS Admin Assistant based in LS10.

You will be supporting the team with mainly data entry tasks and making sure all systems and data are up to date and accurate.

Hours: Monday to Friday (8am to 4pm OR 9am to 5pm)

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Input and update client, equipment, and stock records with accuracy.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on service usage, inventory levels, and equipment performance.
  • Procurement Support: Maintain purchase records and assist in ordering equipment and supplies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all data and records comply with confidentiality and data protection regulations.
  • System Updates: Maintain and improve database accuracy, ensuring records are always current.
  • Administrative Support: Assist internal teams with documentation, scheduling, and record-keeping tasks.

Required:

  • Accuracy to detail
  • Previous data entry experience/other relevant experience
  • A CLEAR standard DBS is required for this role.

This is a temporary role until the end of March 2025, with the possibility of this being extended depending on NHS budgets.
