Catch 22 are currently recruiting for an NHS Admin Assistant based in LS10.

You will be booking in equipment services and speaking with customers daily.

Hours: Monday to Friday (8am to 4pm OR 9am to 5pm)

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Maintain client records, inventory, and process referrals.
  • Scheduling: Organise equipment deliveries, collections, and appointments.
  • Customer Support: Handle enquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
  • Stock & Procurement: Monitor inventory, order supplies, and liaise with suppliers.
  • Documentation: Prepare reports and ensure data compliance.
  • Team Support: Assist staff with administrative tasks and collaborate effectively.
  • Financials: Process invoices and track expenditures.

Required:

  • Great customer service
  • Accuracy to detail
  • Previous data entry experience/other relevant experience
  • A CLEAR standard DBS is required for this role.

This is a temporary role until the end of March 2025, with the possibility of this being extended depending on NHS budgets.
