Sonic Summary
- The Procurement Assistant position is a maternity cover role starting on December 2nd and lasting between 6 to 12 months.
- The job is located in either Leeds or Guildford, requiring 4 days on-site for the first 3 weeks, followed by 1 day per week for the remainder of the contract.
- The pay ranges from £180 to £210 per day, and the position is inside IR35 regulations.
- Candidates should ideally have an active SC Clearance or be SC clearable, along with experience in processing orders via SAP and strong Excel skills.
- A background in procurement operations or accounts payable, along with excellent administrative abilities and a problem-solving mentality, is also required.
Start: 2nd December
Duration: 6-12 months
Location: Leeds OR Guildford (4 days on site for 3 weeks, then 1 day p/week for rest)
Pay: 180-210 /day (inside IR35)
Candidates will ideally have an active SC Clearance, or be SC clearable.
Requirements:
- Experienced at processing orders via SAP and strong Excel skills
- Procurement operations experience or Accounts payable and SAP skills
- SAP / MS Office Excel
- Good understanding of procurement processes
- Excellent administrative ability with attention to detail
- Natural enthusiasm and a problem solving mentality
