Job Title: Sales Account Manger

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 experience dependant

Our clients range from small manufacturing shops to large multinational blue-chip companies.
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our business on a full-time basis.
This role is the focal point for our customers, and you will be the main person our clients liaise with on a day-to-day basis. This role is 80% focussed on Account Management with 20% of the role being business development to ensure continued growth for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and bookings
- Consult with clients to provide the best solution to their needs
- Manage the full booking process, with support from the Business Administrator
- Ensure complete accuracy with quotes, bookings and invoicing
- Be a brand ambassador for the business
- Attend sales events and roadshows
- Work with the General Manager to grow the business
- Become an expert in our products and become the go-to person for internal and external queries
- Work closely with the Training Manager to manage schedules
