Our clients range from small manufacturing shops to large multinational blue-chip companies.

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our business on a full-time basis.

This role is the focal point for our customers, and you will be the main person our clients liaise with on a day-to-day basis. This role is 80% focussed on Account Management with 20% of the role being business development to ensure continued growth for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and bookings
  • Consult with clients to provide the best solution to their needs
  • Manage the full booking process, with support from the Business Administrator
  • Ensure complete accuracy with quotes, bookings and invoicing
  • Be a brand ambassador for the business
  • Attend sales events and roadshows
  • Work with the General Manager to grow the business
  • Become an expert in our products and become the go-to person for internal and external queries
  • Work closely with the Training Manager to manage schedules
