Are you a passionate legal cashier looking for a new environment? Look no further! Our client a well known Law Firm that offers support, development and believe that exceptional legal services can go hand in hand with an enjoyable work environment are looking to recruit a Part Time Legal Cashier.
Duties:
* Take responsibility for the company's financial matters and interests
* Recording all transactions in the appropriate manner
* Communicating with fee earners when receiving payments
* Keep track of all banking on a daily basis and managing the accounts system
* Dealing with invoices to ensure they are paid on time
* Ensuring the efficient operation of the firms PAYE system
* Monthly expense management report
Skills Required:
* Experienced Legal Cashier
* Excellent communication skills
* Demonstrate a high level of accuracy
* Organisation - able to manage own workload
* Excellent IT skills
* Full understanding of SRA accounting rules
* Experience in both office and client accounts
