Job description for Facilities Coordinator Role:
路 Manage the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule via a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) ensuring service SLAs are met in line with account KPI's.
路 Route and prioritise reactive work orders, dispatching requests to on site staff or 3rd party vendors.
路 As part of the regional team of Coordinators, assist in managing Service Requests that come in and cover for team members whilst they are on leave.
路 Updating PM Schedule and asset data as required.
聽Customer Service:聽As a Facilities Coordinator, provide prompt, courteous assistance to visitors, clients, and staff. Address needs professionally, ensure a welcoming environment, and foster positive interactions to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications for Facilities Coordinator Role:
路 A minimum of two to four years of related Facilities Coordinator experience.
路 CMMS experience (Preferably Maximo)
路聽CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES:
路 A full UK Driving Licence is essential with access to own car. (Some travel may be needed to support site operations at other sites - although rare)
路 IOSH Managing Safety/NEBOSH (advantageous)
