Our growing client based in LS27 are recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join there team on an ongoing basis with the chance to go permanent.

Your role-

  • Communicating with Field and Internal Sales Teams confirming bookings
  • Transport and Logistics would be an advantage
  • Dealing with enquiries / escalations from the wider business
  • Checking weekly invoices and challenge any discrepancies
  • Ensuring all customers / escalations / claims are logged and up to date
  • Working effectively
  • Meeting targets
  • Provide feedback to Internal Sales Teams
  • Assist the Team Leader to produce meaningful KPI's and weekly reporting
  • Respond to all incidents in a timely manner
  • Taking a dealing with calls from Clients / Customers for queries with suppliers

The ideal candidate-
