The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing customer enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth sales process. They will engage with customers, provide product information, and assist in maintaining accurate sales records while delivering excellent customer service.



Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone and email
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
