We're on the lookout for a driven, ambitious, and results-focused Area Sales Manager to join our growing team! If you're passionate about sales, love building strong customer relationships, and thrive on hitting (and smashing) targets, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve agreed annual revenue and margin targets
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with direct customers within the designated region, while servicing key and strategic accounts as defined by the Sales Director.
  • Maximise revenue potential by promoting all my clients products and service options.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in competitor products, market trends, and customer needs to provide innovative, tailored solutions.
  • Deliver professional on-site support to key and strategic accounts.
  • Lead the development of customer focus initiatives within the company, fostering a client-eccentric culture among non-customer-facing colleagues.
  • Comply with the company's policies and ensure decision-making is conducted at the correct level.

What We’re Looking For:

1-3 years of field sales experience - you know how to build relationships and close deals.

A confident communicator who can engage with everyone from shop floor staff to senior decision-makers.

A natural self-starter - proactive, motivated, and eager to uncover new sales opportunities.

Industry knowledge is a bonus, but if you’re great at sales, we want to hear from you!
