Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, enhance brand visibility, and drive lead generation to support sales efforts. You will work closely with the Marketing Director to align marketing activities with business objectives and prioritize key growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution: Lead the creation and delivery of strategic marketing plans in collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Content & Branding: Develop engaging content across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency and supporting PR initiatives.
Digital Marketing: Direct digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, and email campaigns. Collaborate with external agencies to optimize website performance.
Lead Generation & Sales Support: Drive lead generation activities to support sales objectives and provide regular performance reporting.
Communications Management: Oversee both internal and external communications, maintaining brand integrity and boosting the company's profile.
Market Analysis: Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends and fine-tune marketing strategies.
Project Management: Ensure timely and budget-conscious execution of marketing projects.
Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years' B2B marketing experience, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or related sectors.
Skills & Competencies:
Expertise in digital marketing, CRM systems, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, etc.).
Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Experience managing external agency relationships (SEO, PPC, design).
Proficient in content creation and social media management (LinkedIn).
Skilled with design tools like Adobe Suite or Canva.
