Regional Sales ManagerLocation: National & LeedsSalary: £37,5000 - £45,000 + bonus + carElevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be recruiting for one of the UK's leading chain manufacturing businesses. Having been established for 100 years they have a fantastic history and a brilliant reputation. This role, sat within the laser and fabrication side of the business will play a pivotal part in driving growth and revenue within new and existing business. Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and develop customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and grow new business opportunities within laser & fabrication direct to market and through sub contractors 
  • Drive sales by promoting our diverse product range and demonstrating its value
  • Negotiate contracts and terms that benefit both the customer and our company
  • Collaborate with internal technical sales teams to maximise sales opportunities
  • Analyse market opportunities and provide informed pricing recommendations
  • Monitor and report on sales performance using our CRM platform

Skills  & Experience

  • Laser & fabrication experience alongside a technical sales skillset 
  • A proven track record in a field sales and a passion for exceeding targets
  • Self-motivation, consistency, and excellent organisational skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
