We’re searching for a SalesAccount Manager to join an established provider of market leading technology systems based in Leeds.

  • Leeds - Office Based
  • £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (OTE £70-90k)

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture existing client relationships, understanding their objectives and challenges.
  • Act as the primary point of contact providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling our client’s products and services to maximise revenue generation.
  • Respond to sales enquiries and proactively target new business opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed expected targets and KPIs and report on progress as required.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of data and information recorded in the CRM and sales pipeline.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to the wider business.

Skills & Experience:

  • 2-3 years’sales or account management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with a CRM system.
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
