Role: Technical Sales Manager

In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in expanding their market presence, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving new business opportunities. This position offers a perfect blend of challenges, innovation, and growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the company's growth strategy across the European market, actively seeking out new customers and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and delivering exceptional service.
- Assists with the production of technical presentations with the support of formulation and research teams
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Experience with B2B sales/ technical sales/ raw materials sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and have high interpersonal competence and negotiation abilities
- Willing to travel around the UK and Europe to meet customers when required
- Degree within Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering
- Industry experience - Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Raw materials - preferred, not essential
