Are you an experienced technical sales professional with a strong science background? Do you have the drive to expand a business and nurture customer relationships?

Working with an exciting, rapidly growing establishment, we are looking to further strengthen their team, looking for a Technical Sales Manager to take them to the next level!

In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in expanding their market presence, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving new business opportunities. This position offers a perfect blend of challenges, innovation, and growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the company's growth strategy across the European market, actively seeking out new customers and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Assists with the production of technical presentations with the support of formulation and research teams
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Experience with B2B sales/ technical sales/ raw materials sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and have high interpersonal competence and negotiation abilities
  • Willing to travel around the UK and Europe to meet customers when required
  • Degree within Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering
  • Industry experience - Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Raw materials - preferred, not essential
