- Achievement of annual new business revenue sales target
- Creation of a very strong pipeline of opportunities; at least five times sales target will be required in order to achieve objectives
- Creation of opportunity mapping across hygiene sector
- Pre-Tender engagement with identified target opportunities
- Input at tendering stage with reference to key win themes, pricing and differentiators
- Working with the existing hygiene sales team to identify and close opportunities
- Extensive use of Salesforce CRM ensuring that all activities, contacts and opportunities are recorded accurately
- Ability to manage your own diary and determine inputs required to deliver success
- Creation of significant pipeline to support sales and recognise the lengthier sales cycle associated with high value customer accounts
- Demonstrable experience of selling to customers in a challenging and complex environment (5 years plus)
- At least 5 years’ experience of selling in a service-based industry preferable in the washroom hygiene sector
- Integrity, honesty and a proven desire to be the best for both your customers and the business you represent
- Demonstrable understanding and evidence of outstanding communication skills with both internal and external customers
- Highly developed relationship building skills are required, as is the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- A good team player who has a track record of being a ‘brand ambassador’ in previous roles
- A full clean UK driving licenseis required for this role as travel will be extensive
- A security check or be willing to get one

- Base salary of £45,000
- OTE circa £70,000 and uncapped earnings
