- Lead the engagement for acquiring new opportunities & business within B2B, trade print & work wear markets
- Maintain & grow relationships with existing clients and review lapsed clients to establish future needs
- Manage workload to meet customer requirements
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual new business key strategic objectives
- React to customer / partner queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Work with supporting departments to resolve sales requests to a satisfactory standard
- Accurately complete sales documentation which supports the sale of services that include opportunity assessment reviews, quotations, proposals and tenders
- Lead on the creation and delivery of new business presentations with customers
- Make sure that the CRM system is kept updated with customer and opportunity information in line with the KPI’s set by your manager.
- Provide information to managers and other internal individuals / departments in an accurate and timely manner
- Have the ability to hit KPIs and strive for more
- Experience of working within a fast-paced, proactive customer service and sales environment
