In this role, you’ll be responsible for winning new business, retaining current accounts, and maximising growth opportunities. You’ll work collaboratively with a team while also being comfortable taking initiative on your own. If you’re enthusiastic, target-driven, and have a talent for building strong client relationships, we’d love to hear from you!The RoleYou will have full autonomy whilst being responsible for selling and account managing. You will be
  • Lead the engagement for acquiring new opportunities & business within B2B, trade print & work wear markets
  • Maintain & grow relationships with existing clients and review lapsed clients to establish future needs
  • Manage workload to meet customer requirements
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual new business key strategic objectives
  • React to customer / partner queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work with supporting departments to resolve sales requests to a satisfactory standard
  • Accurately complete sales documentation which supports the sale of services that include opportunity assessment reviews, quotations, proposals and tenders
  • Lead on the creation and delivery of new business presentations with customers
  • Make sure that the CRM system is kept updated with customer and opportunity information in line with the KPI’s set by your manager.
  • Provide information to managers and other internal individuals / departments in an accurate and timely manner
