With a focus on personalized service, the firm is expanding its team and client base, offering a supportive environment for growth and success.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored insurance solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and bring in new clients
- Retain and expand a book of business, leveraging existing relationships
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Account Executive
- Must bring a transferable book of business
- Consistent career history with no frequent job changes
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
