Commercial Manager - Leeds

Zinc Consult is a leading consultancy firm that provides expert advice and solutions for the construction industry. We are looking for a commercial manager to join our team and work on various multi-disciplinary projects.

As a commercial manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the commercial aspects of multi-disciplinary projects, including contracts, budgets, risks, claims, and variations.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiating and reviewing contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers.
  • Preparing and presenting commercial reports and forecasts to senior management and clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and policies.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
