Are you driven and ambitious Sales and Business Development Management professional with experience of working within the healthcare sector? We have an exciting opportunity in an expanding national organisation for a determined Regional Business Development Manager, offering remote working with extensive travel around client sites in the North of England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior board members and executives.
  • Confidently present at industry events and exhibitions.
  • Secure new business by following up warm leads.
  • Monitor client renewals and maximise repeat business.
  • Develop new business relationships from start to finish.
  • Provide account management while establishing new contracts.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company at all times.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Consultative, solution-driven approach.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/new business.
  • Track record of selling to the healthcare sector or NHS (advantageous).
  • Ability to work remotely and meet targets with minimal supervision.
  • Full driving license required due to travel needs.

Benefits:

  • Basic salary of up to 55,000 depending on experience
  • OTE between 10,000 - 20,000 on top of annual salary
  • Quarterly bonus of 1,500 per quarter (6,000 annum) based on achieving set targets
