Description
- Own and lead the agency's biggest client relationship
- Responsible for client relationship development and retention
- Ensure alignment of creative output with clients' objectives and expectations
- Lead creative strategy and planning
- Manage the delivery of social media campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Promote a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.
Profile
A successful Senior Account Director should have:
- Experience in a similar client services role within a marketing / creative / brand agency
- Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to steer creative teams
