You work in a team of 10 on a dialler system handling inbound calls and enquiries, solving questions, giving support and passing through to senior colleagues should the enquiry be more complex.
The team is well trained, full of enthusiasm and extremely supportive so you will immediately feel at home.
They need someone who is comfortable in dealing with the general public so whether you have worked in a shop, just completed college or uni, or looking for your first office job as long as communication is thorough and clear you have every chance of getting the job!
