Description
- Handle customer inquiries via phone.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Meet personal/customer service targets and call handling quotas.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and the financial services industry.
Profile
A successful Contact Centre Advisor should have:
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- proven experience with high call volume.
- The ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and practices is desirable.
- Able to work between 8am - 5.30pm (shift patterns)
- Can commit to 8 week (minimum) availability
- Late shifts available if preferred.
