The role

Due to business growth, we are now seeking an agency experience Business Development Manager to join the team. As part of the sales re you will identify and target potential clients and business opportunities and develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

This is a proactive, new business role where you will qualify leads to ensure they are the right opportunities for the business, building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers.

Key duties will include:

Building new and existing client relationships

Pitch preparation & creation

Production & presentation of proposals / tenders

Live pitch/proposal presentations to clients

Maintenance of existing client relationships to ensure retention

The candidate

The ideal candidate will have solid experience working in an agency environment where you will have developed, nurtured and grown accounts - whilst ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.

We are looking for candidates who thrive on relationship building and exceeding client expectations!

If you have at least two years relevant experience within an agency environment, selling corporate communications strategy, activations & events then we need you!
