About the Opportunity:
Im currently working with an established boutique insolvency practice in Leeds that is looking to add a talented Senior Insolvency Administrator to their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced insolvency professional to join a highly regarded firm that values a hands-on, personal approach to client work.

The Role:
As a Senior Insolvency Administrator, youll take on a varied caseload, working closely with senior team members to ensure cases are managed efficiently and professionally. This role offers the chance to work within a supportive environment where your skills and expertise will be recognized and developed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, and Administrations, from start to finish.
  • Preparing statutory reports and ensuring compliance with insolvency legislation.
  • Liaising with creditors, directors, and other stakeholders, providing clear and professional communication throughout the process.
  • Conducting investigations into directors conduct and company affairs.
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to their development.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years experience handling corporate insolvency cases.
  • CPI qualification (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A proactive and team-focused mindset.
