Working alongside the VP of HR & Compliance, you'll play a key role in supporting HR and compliance functions, ensuring processes run smoothly and employees are well-supported.

You'll manage key administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, coordinating training, and overseeing health and safety compliance. You'll be supporting with audits, inspections, and general office management to keep everything running.

In return, you'll earn a competitive salary of approximately £25-28K + the opportunity to further your studies with CIPD.
