My client is one of the most recognised and highly regarded law firms in the North of England. There is an excellent opportunity available for a Real Estate / Commercial Property Paralegal to join my client's Leeds office in a hybrid working role. My client is particularly keen on seeing applications from candidates who already have experience working in a legal property team who are keen to take the next step up in their legal career or who might be looking for an opportunity that involves more direct client contact.Based in the centre of Leeds, my client's office is easily accessible, and this opportunity would be a perfect fit for candidates based in and around the city. My client is expecting the successful candidate to be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week - there may be slight flexibility on this based on the level of direct experience a candidate has, but this role will not be suitable for anyone looking to predominantly work from home.Candidates interested in applying for this position can expect to undertake duties including the following (the below is not an exhaustive list):

  • Acquiring undertakings from sellers and buyers in relation to my client's initial requirements on new transactions;
  • Regularly updating and advising clients on processes relating to deeds of covenant and providing documentation as and when required upon completion of transactions;
  • Monitoring and reviewing registered titles; and
  • Reviewing and drafting essential legal property documents.
